How My Desk works
Most “dual monitor wallpapers” are simply very wide pictures. Put one across two screens and every line breaks where the plastic frames meet, and screens of different sizes show the picture at different scales. My Desk works in real millimetres: it knows how big each screen is, where it sits and how thick the frames are, so the picture continues exactly as if you were looking through a window.
Detect my screens
In Chrome or Edge, “Detect my screens” reads how many screens you have, their resolution and how they are arranged (your browser asks first). Browsers cannot see screen sizes in inches, so check those once.
See it on your real desk
Choose “My photo”, upload a picture of your desk and drag the four corners of each numbered screen onto your monitors. Your wallpapers appear on your real screens, in perspective. The photo stays on your device unless you press “Share to gallery”.
What you download
A ZIP with one file per screen, cut to its exact resolution and named left, middle, right, top or bottom, plus step-by-step instructions for Windows and Mac. When the layout came from “Detect my screens”, there is also a single file for the Windows “Span” option.
