No. Your own photo is cut in your browser and never leaves your device. To share it, send the downloaded parts yourself.
Why is there a small gap in the picture?
Phones have frames around their screens. The tool leaves that strip out, so lines continue straight when the phones lie side by side.
What size are the files?
Each part is cut at a modern phone shape (19.5:9), up to 1290 × 2796 — sharp on iPhone and Android.
